About the Person
Mike Calamari is Global Head of Talent Management at MSCI. Previously, Calamari was Chief Operating Officer for Holt Learning (HOLT).In this capacity, Mike is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Holt Learning and integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations. Mike joined Holt Learning from Merrill Lynch where he held several positions managing training and management development functions, including responsibility for training, succession planning, development planning and other people development initiatives, such as 360° feedback.He joined Merrill Lynch from Colgate Palmolive where he was responsible for training and development for their U. S. division.Prior to Colgate, Mike spent 7 years at Chase Manhattan Bank where he held successive training and development positions, and spent 4 years at MasterCard International as Director of Global Education & Training. Mike holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University, an MBA in Accounting from Pace University and an ABD in Economics from Fordham University.
