Veoneer global sales are $2.3 billion to most major vehicle manufacturers. Veoneer is a wholly owned subsidiary to Autoliv, Inc. A spin-off, making Veoneer an independently publicly traded company, is planned for the third quarter of 2018 subject to market, regulatory and certain other conditions, including approval by Autoliv`s board of directors.
Mikael Landberg is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Veoneer. Previously, Mikael held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
