Michelle Korb is the director of human resources for DENSO International America Inc. She is responsible for the leadership, direction and operations of DIAM HR functions including: associate relations, recruiting/staffing, training and organizational development, compensation, performance management, benefits, HRIS, and payroll. In 2005, Korb began her career at DIAM as a compensation analyst, responsible for work in performance management, merit, bonus, promotion, and related program design and implementation. She also participated as a North America subject matter expert. In 2007, she was promoted to compensation manager, where she was responsible for compensation and PM operational management. In 2009, she moved to compensation, PMP and benefits manager. In 2010, she became senior manager of human resources. Before joining DENSO, Korb worked as a senior compensation analyst and human resources manager from 2000—2005 for Team Detroit. She was responsible for base compensation, stock option management, bonus system, and rewards or recognition programs for associates and executives. Korb earned a bachelor of science in human resource management from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
