About the Person
Michelle Y. Hoskins is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at First Midwest Bank. In this role, Hoskins will be responsible for all aspects of First Midwest`s people strategies, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement. She joins First Midwest`s executive leadership team. Hoskins` career spans over 27 years at The Northern Trust Company, where she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in human resources and trust operations. Prior to joining First Midwest bank, she held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Talent and Change Management at Northern Trust. Hoskins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from DePaul University. She is actively involved in numerous professional and community organizations, including Leading Women Executives, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children`s Hospital, ParentWise Program and the Working in the Schools Program (WITS).
