About the Person
Michelle Geddes is Pragmatics Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she provides strategic direction for employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development. Ms. Geddes joined Pragmatics in April 2014 as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for talent acquisition and retention, performance management, policy and procedure design, and employee relations. Ms. Geddes previously served as Director of Human Resources and Administration for ProSol, where she led the human resources, information technology, quality, security, and facilities areas. Geddes has a master’s degree from American University and a bachelor’s degree from Marymount University. She also has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
