About the Person
Michele Holley is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Fleet Landing. She is responsible for staff recruitment, orientation, training, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and human resources statistical reporting. She also manages activities that recruit, train and support the staff at Fleet Landing. Previously, she has also served at North Shore Senior Center, Swissotel Chicago, Viceroy Hotel Group, Interstate Hotels & Resorts and University Club of Chicago.
