Michele Burns currently serves the Arkansas SHRM State Council as Director and encourage members of the HR profession (particularly in Arkansas) to connect with her. She has previously served as the Chapter Advocate Director and the Certification Director on the State Council. She has held many volunteer positions with my local chapter - WAHRA (Western Arkansas Human Resources Association) - including chapter president.
