About the Person

Michele Adamson is the Vice President of Human Resources at Employment Screening Services.   Adamson will oversee the Human Resources Department of Employment Screening Services. Her responsibilities with ESS will include talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, compensation and strategic planning initiatives.   Adamson joins Employment Screening Services with 24 years of human resources and accounting experience. Prior to joining ESS, Adamson served as Associate Service Center Manager of Human Resources for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.
