About the Person
Michael Slade served as a Partner at Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) and served as its Director of Human Resources. Mr. Slade was responsible for all HR functions, including staffing, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and payroll and provides human resources counsel to EMA`s partners and to the agency`s 200-plus employees across six offices. He serves as Advisory Board Member at Community-Wide Dialogue to End Racism and Member of Greater Rochester Diversity Council. He serves as Member of Human Resource Committee at American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). He served as President of Central New York American Society of Training and Development. He served as Board Member of Society for Human Resource Management at Central New York Chapter and Board Member of Urban League of Onondaga County. He received HR Excellence Award, Society for Human Resource Management from Central New York Chapter, Donlon Award from United Way of Central New York and Above and Beyond Award, InterReligious Council of Central New York. He has Certified Professional Coach Certificate Program, College of Executive Coaching. He holds BS from State University of New York at Geneseo and MS from Champman University.
