About the Person
Michael A. Schlonsky is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Store Operations, with primary responsibility for our associates and associate relations. In his new role, Mr. Schlonsky assumes responsibility for all aspects of operations in our 1,460 stores from coast to coast. Mr. Schlonsky has been with Big Lots for 22 years and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his prior role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
