I am the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte U.S. Firms, and am honored to be entrusted with the responsibility to create a leadership culture focused on the development and well-being of all 70,000+ Deloitte employees. I lead a world-class Talent organization that includes Acquisition, Development, Total Rewards, Strategic Operations, Partner Matters, Inclusion and Alumni Relations. Since joining Deloitte in 2003, I have held a number of leadership positions, including the Chief Talent Officer of Deloitte’s U.S. Tax practice, Inclusion leader for Tax and Tax Partner Matters leader for Tax, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Deloitte Tax LLP and the Deloitte Tax India Board.
