About the Person
Michael A. Pattison joined Standex in 2012 as Vice President, Human Resources, and has global responsibility for all human resource functions. Prior to joining Standex, Mr. Pattison served for over ten years in positions of increasing responsibility at Graphic Packaging International, the world`s leading manufacturer of paperboard packaging, culminating in his appointment as Vice President, Human Resources over both the Consumer Packaging and Beverage Divisions, which together totaled over $2.7B in revenues and 7,000 employees. Prior to Graphic Packaging, Mr. Pattison served four years with Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated, holding positions in human resources and labor relations at the Merrimack, NH brewery, the St. Louis, MO, brewery, and in Corporate Operations in St. Louis. Mr. Pattison began his professional career by serving six years with the National Labor Relations Board at its Regional office in Boston, MA, as a Field Investigator. Mr. Pattison holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations Degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York, College at Brockport.
