McDonnell is responsible for talent acquisition, human resources, administration/operations, learning/education, and building a platform that the business can scale and grow on. McDonnell most recently was at TOA Technologies, which grew from 60 to 600 and was acquired by Oracle Corporation in August of this year, representing the largest software transaction in the region.
