About the Company

We`re proud to be recognized by The Boston Globe as a 2016 Top Place to Work, and the Boston Business Journal as a Best Place to Work in 2015 and 2016! At SmashFly, we believe in the power of purpose and the potential that`s unleashed when people and organizations connect through it. Our Recruitment Marketing Platform empowers you to master the art and science of attracting and hiring the right people by marketing your employer brand and jobs through every recruiting channel, creating and nurturing relationships earlier so you’re always ready to hire, and measuring every touchpoint in the candidate journey so you can better invest your resources. Our software uniquely combines recruitment CRM, web sourcing, job marketing, career site, employer brand management, mobile recruiting, social recruiting, employee referrals, email marketing, initiative recruiting and events and recruiting analytics in one, unified SaaS solution. It`s technology that will help organizations hire the right-fit talent —and job seekers find their ideal career and culture. And if you`re a job seeker right now, you should care! Joining the SmashFly team means: You`ll create and improve user experiences, from prospects who interact with our brand to customers who interact with our product. You`ll do more in a month than many do in a quarter—we`re a startup after all—as part of a small but mighty team that can wear multiple hats (and coats and pants). You`ll help SmashFly help organizations change the way they recruit.
