I develop, implement and optimize human capital strategies, benchmark them for success, and structure them to scale and evolve with changing priorities. I start by listening… to my employees, strategic business leaders, Human Resources counterparts and coworkers, and our global employee base. Once I have the goals and challenges laid out, I build a framework for execution, along with linear milestones and deliverables aligned with business targets.
