About the Person
Michael Ayre is the Director of Human Resources at Wacker Chemie. Ayre began his career with General Motors as a labor relations and safety representative, following his graduation from Adrian College. He later worked for BASF, where he was human resources manager and ADVO, where he was regional human resources director. He also was a vice president for business affairs and chief human resources officer for Adrian College.
