Merja Kamppari has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Metso Corporation as of July 2009.   Prior to that she was Head of Operational Excellence, HR and Head of Global HR, Nokia Siemens Networks 2007-2009.   She held various senior HR management positions in Nokia Networks 1994-2007 (VP, Human Resources, 2005-2007, Director, Business HR, 2000-2005, Director HR, Asia Pacific 1998-2000, Head of HR, Customer Services 1994-1998).   She was HR specialist, Scansped Oy 1989-1994 and Personnel Negotiator, Eilakaisla Oy 1984-1989.
