Melinda “Mindy” Schwartz is Troutman Sanders` Chief Human Resources Officer. She joins the firm from SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, where she served as a senior human resources executive. Mindy has a broad range of experience leading strategic and operational human resources initiatives, including successfully managing through significant change management and systems improvements. She has particular skills and experience in organizational needs assessments, talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation, and curriculum development.
