Meagan Gregorczyk brings a passionate and humorous voice to the field of Employment Brand, Talent Acquisition, and the Employee Experience at CA Technologies. Meagan’s vision for the adaptation of CA’s Employee Value Proposition has been fueled both by her background in Communications and her passion for creating amazing leaders that build strong corporate employment brands. Her creation of the award winning CA Technologies Management and Leadership Academy provided her with a rich well of solutions to that help leaders bring in – and grow – the best talent in the industry. In the last year, the CA Technologies Management & Leadership Academy was named by Brandon Hall’s analyst firm as the winner of their Global Leadership Development award, as well as their 2011 Talent Management Gold Medal winner, and also by Chief Learning Officer Magazine as a 2011 Leadership Development winner. Meagan’s strong focus on Employee Experience, HR/business alignment, operational measurement, and leadership transformation make her a highly adaptable leader and consultant in her own right. She holds advanced academic degrees in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development, is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute, and is an Erickson International Certified Executive Coach.
