About the Person

Max Pickle is the Director of Human Resources at Preston Hollow Capital.   Mr. Pickle manages all of the firm`s human resources operations and advises the firm`s leadership on a variety of employment-related matters including recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development.   Mr. Pickle served ten years with ORIX USA Corporation as Recruiting Manager before joining Preston Hollow Capital. In that role, he was responsible for leading talent acquisition in Private Equity, Municipal Finance, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Leveraged Finance business units within ORIX, as well as for corporate and support positions. Mr. Pickle`s previous experience includes retained and contingency recruiting roles in finance, engineering and physician search.   He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
