About the Person
Matt Bertman is Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company. Prior to joining Amerisure, Matt held the position of National Director, Leadership Development for Pulte Homes where he managed the implementation of management development programs, in addition to creating and disseminating the organization’s training curriculum and e-learning capabilities. In addition, Matt established the Institute for Continuous Learning (ICL) at the time one of the premier corporate universities in the automotive industry. Matt also has served as a change management consultant for Ernst and Young. Matt graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in American Public Affairs. He also received a Master's degree in Labor and Relations and Human Resource Management from Michigan State. Matt, his wife and three children reside in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
