The Medical College of Wisconsin, or simply MCW, is a private, freestanding medical school and graduate school of sciences located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was formerly affiliated with Marquette University, but has operated as an independent institution since 1967.[1] MCW is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association (NCA) of Colleges and Schools and by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME).
