Mary Thomas-Locklear assumed the role of Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in 2000 after serving as RHCC`s Human Resources Manager since 1989. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a minor in Religious Studies from Pembroke State University and a Masters of Public Management from University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the North Carolina Community Health Centers Association`s Human Resources Workgroup. Ms. Thomas-Locklear is deeply involved in her community as a member, Sunday School teacher and Praise Team director at Pleasant Meadows Church as well as a motivational speaker, youth advisor and mentor, and community volunteer.
