About the Person
Mary Julia Gmeiner is currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Mott Community College. Over the span of her career Mary has served in Human Resource Leadership roles in the education, automotive, steel and food processing sectors. Her professional career also includes part-time teaching in the business management field and on-line course design. She has served in volunteer leadership roles in professional associations including her current roles as Certification Director for the Michigan Council of the Society for Human Resource Management. Mary earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. She holds the following certifications Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and the Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP).
