About the Person

As Vice President of Human Resources, Mary Dunlavey-Murphy is responsible for the management of all strategic and operational human resources programs on a global basis.   Mary brings over 30 years of human resources experience to the Datawatch leadership team, most recently with Nypro, a leading contract manufacturing solution company as the Global Head of Human Resources for their 3500 person Healthcare Division.   Prior to joining Datawatch, Mary also held vice president level human resources positions at various software organizations such as Applix, Ardent Software, Netegrity Software and Infinium Software and spent 11 years with Motorola in various human resources roles.   Mary holds a B.S. in Social Services from Salem State College, and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management.
