Watermark Retirement Communities, The Freshwater Group and its development partner, BRW, are developing The Watermark at Vistawilla, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in the highly desirable city of Winter Springs, Florida just minutes from downtown Orlando. In this friendly atmosphere we will offer extraordinary cuisine, fun events, interesting classes and customized care. The community features 87 residences available for rent, with capacity for a maximum of 99 residents. The Inn, our Assisted Living neighborhood welcomes up to 74 neighbors in 66 residences. The Gardens, our Memory Care neighborhood features 21 apartments, welcoming up to 25 residents. The development will feature many unique floor plans and sizes. The project was designed by Chancey Design Partnership. Residents of The Watermark at Vistawilla will enjoy amenities and services that support a carefree, fun-filled lifestyle. Our on-site amenities include lush gardens and nature paths, library, café, game room, a high tech state-of-the-art movie theater, as well as a beauty salon and barber shop. Services abound, including housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning services, concierge and transportation services in addition to caring, trained staff available 24 hours per day.

Mary Bush is Business Office Manager and Director of Human Resources at Watermark at Vistawilla. Previously, Mary held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
