About the Person

Mary Anne Spencer serves as the Vice President, Human Resources. In her role, she is responsible for the strategic planning, management and coordination of all human resources activities companywide. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Mary Anne is an accomplished Human Resources executive with a broad business acumen and expanded viewpoint to manage large-scale business change and transformation.   Most recently, she served as Director of Corporate Human Resources and Global Compensation for Ashland, Inc., where she was the recipient of the Ashland Women`s International Network Business Impact Award in 2013. Prior to Ashland, Mary Anne spent over eight years at International Specialty Products, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources.   Mary Anne earned her Bachelor`s Degree in Psychology at Edinboro University and her Master`s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Lamar University.
