Marlene Molter is the Vice President and Director of Human Resources at WaterStone Bank. Seasoned human resources professional Marlene Molter will oversee HR for the bank, which currently employs 185 people across 12 locations in suburban Milwaukee and a commercial real estate branch in Minneapolis, Minn. Molter brings 20 years of human resource management experience to her new position as head of HR for the bank. Prior to joining WaterStone, she served as a regional human resources partner for Associated Bank, where she partnered with retail and residential lending leadership to provide strategic guidance. She holds a Bachelor`s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as Professional Human Resources and Society for Human Resource Management certifications. An active member of the community, Molter is a volunteer with United Performing Arts Foundation, Susan G. Komen and United Way. She currently resides in Germantown.
