About the Person
Mark Lancaster is the Vice President of Human Resources at Ali Group North America. In his new role, Lancaster will assist all Ali Group operating companies in North America with their human resource issues and support them in aligning their HR functions with the needs of their individual business units. He is the point person managing relationships with benefit providers and labor regulatory agencies. Lancaster also manages the HR function at Ice-O-Matic, Ali Group`s Denver, Colorado-based ice machine manufacturer. He has been responsible for human resources at Ice-O-Matic for the past 13 years.
