Mark Howe is the Vice President of Human Resource Strategic Business Partnerships at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.   Previously, he had served at Cengage Learning, Thomson Learning, Thomson Delmar Learning, LexisNexis and Avon.   Mark earned Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University and MBA in Human Resources Information Systems from State University of New York at Albany.
