About the Person
Mark Benotti is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Conifer Realty, LLC. He assumed his current position in October 2015. He also serves as the head of Information Technology and the Learning Department, where he is responsible for leading these areas as part of the overall Conifer business strategy. Mr. Benotti joined Conifer in 2014 as the Director of Risk Management with over 27 years of Risk Management and insurance brokerage experience. Mr. Benotti`s credentials of leadership, innovation, building programs, integration of processes, strategic collaboration and execution of plans have brought unparalleled expertise to Conifer Realty. Prior to joining Conifer, he held a senior leadership position in a national commercial insurance agency and also founded, developed and led the Risk Management Departments at Home Properties of New York, Constellation Brands. Mr. Benotti also held the position of Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies – a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. Mr. Benotti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire and Masters in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
