About the Person

Marilyn Horner is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Trinseo Styron. She reports to Christopher D. Pappas, President and CEO, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.   Horner joined Styron in January 2011. She was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of NOVA Chemicals Corporation. She held various leadership positions within NOVA Corporation and NOVA Chemicals, including Vice President & Controller for Olefins/Polyolefins, and Vice President and Executive Assistant to the CEO before assuming the role of Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Effectiveness in 2006. She was appointed to her most recent role in NOVA in 2008. Marilyn joined Polysar Limited, a predecessor company of NOVA Chemicals Corporation, in 1985.   Horner holds a bachelor`s degree in Commerce/Finance from University of Windsor, and an MBA from the University of Windsor, Canada.
