About the Person

Marilyn Ardito served as Executive Director Human Resources at Clarkson University.   Prior to her appointment at Clarkson, Ardito was vice president for organizational development and training at ESPN since 2005. She was with Gap Inc. from 1996 to 2005, where she held the positions of regional human resources director, international human resources director, and organizational development consultant.   Before that, Ardito was at Georgia Pacific LLC from 1988 to 1996, where she served as senior manager, process improvement, and training manager.   She has also held adjunct faculty positions with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of Maine, and school administrative and teaching positions in Maine.   Ardito earned her Ph.D. in human and organizational systems and an M.A. in organizational development from Fielding Graduate Institute. She also has an M.Ed. in adult education from the University of Maine and a B.S. in history and political science from the University of Maryland.   Ardito resides in Hartford, Conn.
