Serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. Will act as employee champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates Human Resources-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our Human Resources department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the Human Resources function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. May include international Human Resource responsibilities. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its strategic vision, its culture and its competition.
