As Vice President of People for Glassdoor, Mariah DeLeon is responsible for directing all the people functions of the company, including strategic human resources planning, training, benefits, employee relations, compliance, policies and procedures.   Mariah has been an HR executive in the technology industry for 20 years, bringing extensive experience in human capital management, talent development and organizational structure to Glassdoor.   Prior to Glassdoor, DeLeon was the vice president of global human resources at Innovative Interfaces, a US library technology company, and she also led HR and community relations functions at Alibris.com/Monsoon Commerce, a premier online marketplace for new and used books.   Mariah received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from theUniversity of San Francisco.
