Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) is a cruise vacation company comprising four global brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea. Royal Caribbean Group is also a 50% owner of a joint venture that operates TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. Together, our brands operate 63 ships with an additional 16 on order as of July 10, 2020.

 

About the Person

Maria R. Del Busto has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President - Human Resources of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. since September 5, 2006.   Ms. Del Busto has held leadership roles in her field for more than 23 years. She served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Royal Caribbean since 2000.   Ms. Del Busto served as Senior Vice President, Corporate and Field Human Resource Services, for Fortis Health. Earlier, she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
