Houston, TX-based Halliburton appointed Mahesh Puducheri as Global Vice President of Human Resources.

About the Person
Mahesh Puducheri is the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Halliburton, responsible for providing strategic leadership through best-in-class human resources practices, processes and solutions to help Halliburton achieve its objectives. He was previously Senior Director of Halliburton`s worldwide Talent Management, responsible for global staffing, technical training, competency, international HR, and leadership & management development strategy. Mr. Puducheri has experience in the fields of manufacturing, engineering, retail, project & process management, technology, and oil & gas services. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of international employment processes, practices and regulations. In addition to assignments in the U.S., Mr. Puducheri has worked in Dubai and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, and India. He earned a bachelor`s degree in statistics and a master`s degree in HR management from the University of Madras in India. In addition, he holds an MBA degree from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
