About the Person
Mike Rodis joined Sunrise Senior Living as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2009. He oversees the Company’s employment, employee relations, organization development and total rewards programs. Prior to joining Sunrise, Rodis served as vice president of human resources with Broadsoft, Inc., a developer of VOIP software, supervising all human resources functions. Before joining Broadsoft, he served as senior vice president human resources with The Mills Corporation, a publicly traded developer, owner and manager of a diversified portfolio of regional shopping malls and retail entertainment centers, which was acquired by Simon Property Group and Farallon Capital in 2007. Prior to Mills, he served in a variety of human resource and labor relations positions with increasing responsibilities at a number of organizations such as Discovery Communications, MCI, Frito-Lay and Marriott. Rodis holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
