With nearly 15 years of service with C&W | Commerce, Lynnette has played a vital role in supporting the company through major growth periods to become the regional firm it is today with 10 offices across four states. With an extensive Human Resources background, Lynnette is well versed in benefits and compensation, 401K administration, Human Resources records management, employee recruiting, new employee on-boarding, payroll, progressive discipline, annual performance reviews, EEOC compliance reporting, and Human Resources policies development and legal compliance. Lynnette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Utah. In 2010 she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Commercial Real Estate Women Utah (CREW)"
