About the Person
Lynne Swenson to the position of Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer. In her new position, Lynne will be an Officer of the company and will continue to have responsibility of all facets of Human Resources, including, but not limited to, hiring, labor relations, benefits, safety, and training and development. Lynne joined the Eggers team in March of 2014 and has been an asset to the company and has contributed significantly to the leadership team. Lynne has over 13 years of experience as a Human Resources professional with 9 of those years in a senior level position. Immediately prior to joining Eggers, Lynne held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at IMT, a division of the Oshkosh Corporation. Lynne holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and has completed coursework toward a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations.
