During my 10+ years as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner, I have been involved with many aspects of a company’s development. I have experience being the sole Human Resources practitioner at fast-paced successful technology start-ups and as part of Human Resources teams at larger companies. I have experience managing the Human Resources section of the company’s intranet, managing recruitment efforts, applicant tracking systems and have hands-on experience using ADP Work Force Now, Workday, and Oracle in addition to metrics and reporting.
