During my 10+ years as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner, I have been involved with many aspects of a company’s development. I have managed and administered benefits, compensation programs, performance reviews, training, payroll, employee communication, full cycle recruiting, and office and facilities management. I have experience being the sole Human Resources practitioner at fast-paced successful technology start-ups and as part of Human Resources teams at larger companies. I have a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a very positive, professional demeanor. I have experience managing the Human Resources section of the company’s intranet, managing recruitment efforts, applicant tracking systems and have hands-on experience using ADP Work Force Now, Workday, and Oracle in addition to metrics and reporting. I know how to effectively liaison between employees, vendors, and management with integrity and professionalism. I have experience partnering with management on issues around best practices, coaching, Human Resources strategies, employee relations, and policy implementation.
