About the Person
Lynn M. Gomez is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Antelope Valley Hospital, effective April 13, 2015. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Gomez is responsible for overseeing all facets of the hospital`s human resources operations, from staffing and benefits to organizational development and succession planning. Gomez previously served for five years as CHRO at San Gorgonio Memorial Veterans Hospital in Banning, California. She was responsible for providing strategic direction for the overall human resources operations of the California Region, including employee and labor relations, workforce management and employee relations. She has 25 years of experience in human resources management in the healthcare and the manufacturing industries. Gomez earned a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resources and organizational management from Alameda University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Belford University in Dallas, Texas.
