About the Person
As Veritaaq’s Vice President of Human Resources, Lynn Bouchard knows what it takes to create a successful, unified team: aligning with and supporting the organization’s objectives, from the top down. Since completing an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management and obtaining her CHRP designation in 1999, Lynn has worked with several top Canadian staffing agencies, each with a national reach. Throughout her career, she has built impressive HR infrastructures that support all levels of personnel, while empowering junior HR resources to grow into seasoned business partners. Now, having joined Veritaaq in 2013, Lynn applies her expertise and forward-looking approach to help the firm reach its goals and achieve new growth, while delivering the same exceptional standard of service for which Veritaaq is known.
