About the Company

Excelsior Medical is a privately held medical device company with a primary focus on innovative IV catheter maintenance products that may reduce infection, medication errors and healthcare costs. The company manufactures and sells SwabCap and SwabFlush for the disinfection and protection of IV needleless connectors. Formed in 1989, Excelsior also manufactures and sells prefilled saline flush syringes, prefilled heparin flush and lock syringes, and syringe pump systems.

 

About the Person

Lynette has over 22 years of experience working in multiple industries including large worldwide organizations to small, entrepreneurial start –ups.   Prior to Excelsior, Lynette served as Vice President of Human Resources for Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  Her career includes additional senior HR roles at SkyePharma, Inc.,Women First HealthCare, and  Anacomp Inc.   She has a Master`s Degree in Business Administration and multiple post graduate courses in counseling. Lynette brings a high energy, strategic business approach to the team and the company.   Her responsibilities include the leadership and strategic partnering of all the human resource functions as they relate to the human capital of the company. She takes a business approach to people problem solving and the discovery of opportunities to maximize the people potential of the company.   Lynette joined the company in April of 2013.
