Lyn Van Huben brings more than 30 years of experience in high growth organizations to her role as Salary.com`s Vice President of HR. Expert at aligning the HR function with business objectives, she most recently was the vice president of HR at Intronis. In that capacity, she built the systems and processes to manage healthcare, compensation, talent acquisition, high potential development and HR policies. Earlier in her career, she held similar roles at Aspect Communications, Harte Hanks, Fannie Mae and Wildfire Communications. Lyn holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Rivier College.
