About the Person
Lutz has over 25 years experience managing high-tech businesses. In these roles, he raised over $50 million of venture captial and organically grew each business multifold, eventually taking two public and successfully selling two others. These include HBB Systems, LeCroy Corporation, and SyntheSys Research. He holds a B.S., M.S. (Electrical Engineering), and Ph.D. (Computer Science) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a graduate from Harvard Business School's OMP program. He is also a Venture Partner with Alara Capital.
