About the Person
Lucien Achille Alziari is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential. A U.K. citizen, Lucien Alziari is a seasoned international executive with more than 30 years` experience in global human resources management. He has been a chief human resources officer in global companies for 13 years, first at Avon Products, Inc. and then most recently as executive vice president and group chief human resources officer at A.P. Moller-Maersk, based in Denmark. Prior to Avon, Alziari led PepsiCo`s widely benchmarked talent management program. Alziari was inducted into the National Academy of Human Resources in 2011, where he currently serves as a director. He is also a director of C&J Clark International, the international shoe manufacturer and retailer.
