Talentsky is launching on February 4, 2016 with major employers coming together for up-skilling visibility to all those around them. Talentsky was founded by Rick Devine, the former executive recruiter who introduced Tim Cook to Steve Jobs.
About the Person
Lucia Steinhilber serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at TalentSky, Inc. Ms. Steinhilber is responsible for all internal operational functions at the TalentSky including accounting and finance, planning, legal, human resources and information systems. She has over a decade of experience in the executive search industry and plays an integral role in the development of TalentSky`s unique business model and solutions for its customers. Prior to joining TalentSky`s predecessor, Devine Capital Partners, she spent ten years at the international executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles where she was a senior partner in charge of the highly successful Equity Programs Group. In the last two years of her tenure at the Heidrick & Struggles, she also worked extensively with the Private Equity Group. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Ms. Steinhilber worked with several high-growth companies in a chief financial officer role, securing capital and structuring debt facilities to accommodate their growth. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior vice president Corporate Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York, specializing in retail and consumer-based investments. She worked on a wide variety of transactions, including buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and equity/debt issuances. Ms. Steinhilber received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and her Masters of Business Administration with honors from Columbia University.
