About the Person
Lowell Richardson joined California Dairies Inc. in 2014, bringing more than 20 years of HR and management leadership to his role as SVP of HR. He has expertise in training and development, talent management, labor relations, benefits management, and operations management. Prior, Lowell had been employed by Dean Foods where he held the roles of director of human resources, senior director of human resources and, most recently, vice president of human resources. Previously he spent 10 years at Amcor Sunclipse North America in various human resources and management positions, including general manager and vice president of learning and performance. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, with a bachelor of science in political science. He also holds the professional certification of senior professional in human resources.
