Coliseum Health System is a two-hospital system located in Macon. You know us better as Coliseum Medical Centers and Coliseum Northside Hospital. Over the last 40 years, it has been our privilege to care for many of you, your family and friends. We have two full-service medical-surgical hospitals. Our staff and physicians are trained in the most advanced health care available in this area from cardiology to birthing services to emergency care, inpatient/outpatient surgery, and psychiatric care. All medical specialties are represented on our medical staffs from family practice to orthopedics to pediatrics to neurosurgery.
About the Person
Louise Truitt is the Vice President of Human Resources at Coliseum Health System. She will provide leadership and oversight to the human resources department for Coliseum Medical Centers and Coliseum Northside Hospital. Prior to accepting this position, Louise worked for Human Resources Operations Strategy & Support at Hospital Corporation of America`s corporate office, where she provided vice-president support for hospital facilities experiencing human resources transitions. Her extensive background also includes serving as the Vice-President of Human Resources for Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, FL and Human Resources Director for Doctors Hospital in Columbus, GA. Louise earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Troy State University, where she also received a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Recourses as well as an Advanced Certified Patient Account Representative.
